We’re delighted to share that Tyck has been named a finalist for VA Team of the Year at the UK VA Awards 2026. On top of that, our very own Harry Court has been shortlisted for Associate VA of the Year.

It’s a proud moment for the whole team, and we wanted to take a minute to say why it means so much to us.

Why recognition like this matters

Virtual assistants and executive assistants are some of the most important people in a business, and some of the least talked about. Every day, strategic admin professionals keep diaries running, inboxes under control, and projects moving. The founders and leaders they support are free to focus on the work only they can do.

Too often, VA work is still seen as something you do on the side. It isn’t. It’s a profession, built on skill, judgement and trust, and it deserves to be recognised as one. Every nomination at awards like these helps change that perception, for us and for the wider industry.

What it means for Tyck

Being shortlisted hasn’t made us complacent. It’s made us hungrier. It has given the team a moment to step back and think about what we do well for our clients, and where we want to take things next.

Congratulations to Harry and the team

A huge congratulations to Harry on his Associate VA of the Year nomination, and to everyone at Tyck. This recognition belongs to all of you.

Thank you to VA Training Academy® and the UK VA Awards for championing our industry and giving VAs the platform they deserve. We’ll share the results once the winners are announced. Fingers crossed!
