To me, the real value of this moment lies not in titles or winning, but in what it reflects about our Virtual Assistant community.

These awards shine a spotlight on our profession, reminding the wider business world of the impact we make every day. Our role as VAs extends well beyond administration; we are the strategic partners who help shape ideas, foster collaboration, and open doors to growth and opportunity.

This experience has reminded me that our true strength isn’t measured by individual achievements alone, but by how we come together to lift each other up. When we celebrate each other’s successes, offer guidance through challenges, and collaborate to innovate, we don’t just grow as individuals; we raise the entire profession.
