The challenge
Dynelectro is a Copenhagen-based sustainable energy company revolutionising green hydrogen production through its innovative solid-oxide electrolysis technology. After securing €11 million in funding (plus €9 million in grants) and preparing to install their first commercial 1-MW unit, co-founder Samantha faced a familiar scale-up challenge.
Her inbox and calendar were completely overwhelming. She was spending months catching up after taking time off. Essential administrative tasks were pulling her away from strategic priorities only she could handle, and the fast pace of growth meant constant meeting requests, coordination, and follow-ups with no capacity for proper management.
As a deep-tech company preparing for commercial deployment, Dynelectro needed its leadership focused on execution – not drowning in admin.
